An original 19SH head has four cam bearings and a hydraulic cam. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it should say X19 on the pad on the left side of the cam inspection cover.

From -71 and up, the engines are of the low compression type due to stricter emission rules. The engines are basicly 19N motors with a two barrel carb instead of a 35PDSI, so a re-jetting of the carb is probably necessary.

Not too hard to find here in Finland, they were popular back in the day because deliverys were tax exempt. But you could only drive max 80km/h though.

17S Rekord C with a Solex 35PDSI and 75ps, 17S Rekord D with a Solex 32DIDTA and 83ps. The 17S was available up to about -75 in the Rekord D, from then it was replaced with the 19N.

Yes, they are of different length and they are 5mm thick. But I suppose a thickness of 10mm could be even better.
