ja robert,der 6 zylinder ist mir zu schwer :),und teuerer in den teilen,will ja auch renneinspritzung einbauen. der c20xe ist auch standfest,habe für mein 8v den 16v bekommen,nur weil der kolege den alu ventildeckel wollte.da war ich schon ein schritt voran gekommen.nun brauche ich wie ich überrall...

I have heard that the reflector from a Volvo 740 should fit a Rek C/Commo A with a little bit of adaptation. I have not seen it done though.

There are of course small differencies regarding speedo cable, reverse light switch and shifter placements depending of model and year, but the main dimensions stay the same.

Is there anyone making wide wheelarch-kits like those Steinmetz did in the early seventies ? Or has anybody adapted an Ascona A or similar kit on a Commodore ? My -67 2d limo just started to look so skinny...

I´m quite sure that the gaskets in the 6- and 4-cylinder trannies are the same, The output shaft seal is different due to the beefier shaft(I don´t know about the input shaft seal though). Try ordering the kit with only the gaskets and order the suitable output shaft seal separately. I couldn´t find...

It´s ok for the input shaft to feel loose, cause it´s supported by the pilot bearing in the crankshaft. I guess you have to test drive to find out the condition of the box.
