Anyone running ET20 wheels on the Rekord?

I´m thinking on getting bold and changing the ET37 of the Kadett wheels to ET20....
The Cosmics are ET22 and I like the way the car sits on the ground. Don´t think it would be exaggerated...
Both rims are 5,5J

Welding wheels is illegal in many countries and can have serious legal consequences if you get involved in an accident. You could use SR wheels for a Kadett B with ET28 and 10 mm spacers(you need longer wheel studs too) or your existing ET37 wheels with 20 mm bolt on spacers.

Here is not illegal. They even flip the centres when the final offset difference is to much. ( this is too much for me). Anyway, here, there are companies specifically dedicated to rims transformation and wheels related. It's the only thing they do.
Just wanted to make an idea of how the car look on et20 5,5Jwheels. Rostyle or not

He told me already. Change them to ET28, but I think ET20 will be also nice. 8mm is not that big of a deal and bring the rim closer to what I want.

So is it more about the wheel looking better with more "lip", or do you want to move the wheel out closer to the fender ?

Both. But it's true that I want to eliminate that effect of the centre cap being more outwards than the rim lip
