Servus Miteinander,
ist es möglich einen 1,7S Motor ohne sonstige Veränderungen auf Hydrostössel umzubauen und welchen Vorteil würde es bringen?
Bin auf eure Antworten gespannt.

You must change the camshaft too, using hydraulic lifters with a solid cam will destroy both in a very short time. A K(20S/N) or D(19SH) cam should work nicely in a 17S. The main benefit with a hydraulic cam is that you don't need to adjust the valves anymore. And it might be a tad quieter than a solid.
