Hi to all opel rekord fans

I've just bought a Rekord C coupè 1.9 L with 13" felgen 4x100.

I want to change them with 4 Cragar wheels 15x7 (if they fit) and I want to know:

1) can I put 15x7 or 15x6 is better?
2) which ET for FRONT and BACK wheels (for 7 and 6 inches)?
3) 205 tires or less?
